Delivery Information
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders within the Republic of Ireland are shipped via DPD using our Next Working Day Delivery service.
Orders placed after 3:00pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, adverse weather or circumstances outside our control, deliveries may take longer than expected.
Please check your delivery address, Eircode/postcode and contact phone number carefully at checkout. The information entered at checkout is used to create your delivery label and to allow the courier to contact you regarding your delivery.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
Our standard Irish delivery service is Next Working Day Delivery via DPD.

Express Same Working Day Delivery – Dublin
Customers in Dublin can choose our Express Same Working Day Delivery service.
Order before 12:00pm Monday to Friday and your order will be delivered that same working day.
Same-day deliveries are delivered by Xpect and operate Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive delivery information from the carrier by email and/or SMS using the contact details supplied when placing your order.
Please ensure that your mobile number and email address are correct when completing your order.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated times, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather, courier delays, peak trading periods, strikes or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.
If we become aware of a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided when placing your order.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Our couriers will attempt to deliver to the address provided when the order was placed. Depending on the courier and delivery circumstances, the parcel may be left in a safe location, delivered to a neighbour or a further delivery attempt may be made.
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to Cogs Toys & Games, we will contact you once it has been received back by us to arrange redelivery where possible or to discuss the order.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in a delayed or failed delivery.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available free of charge from our St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre store.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a Ready for Collection email at the email address provided when placing your order.
Please wait until you have received your Ready for Collection email before travelling to the store.
When collecting your order, please have your collection confirmation available on your phone or as a printed copy.
Click & Collect preparation times may be longer during particularly busy periods and around bank holidays.
