Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 1 – 5 working days for the parcel to be delivered. Our courier provides a tracking number so you can easily track the shipping process. As soon as the item is sent out to you, you will receive an email with a tracking information and link to the website for tracking the order. If you have not received the item after 5 working days, please contact us at support@cogs.ie so we can help you further.
Once you placing an order, it is important to provide up to date contact details. In case a courier will miss you at home, they will try to contact you over the phone to re-arrange delivery. Also, a notice will be left at your door step.

Republic of Ireland – Next Working Day Delivery
- Orders €0–€19.99: €6.95
- Orders €20–€59.99: €5.95
- Orders €60 and over: FREE
Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are normally dispatched the same day via DPD for Next Working Day Delivery.
Dublin – Express Same Working Day Delivery
- Orders €0–€19.99: €7.95
- Orders €20–€59.99: €5.95
- Orders €60 and over: FREE
Order before 12:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) for delivery that same working day via Xpect.
Northern Ireland
- Orders up to £44.99: £5.95

Great Britain
- Orders up to £69.99: £7.95

Purchasing
When you are buying online it is important to have latest updates on your computer. A common issue with not being able to complete an online transaction is outdated version of a browser or full browser memory. You can try to open our website in another browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). Alternatively you can use a different computer.
Not all of our products available in store are also available online. Please contact us at support@cogs.ie if you wish to place a special order online.
Returns
If you have received product which is significantly not as described, please let us know on support@cogs.ie so we can investigate further.
When you purchase online, we are happy for you to return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided goods are returned unused, unopened and in their original condition. Please contact support@cogs.ie if you wish to return a product. We are unable to refund goods that have been used, opened or not in original condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
